Tommy Hilfiger hoodie was fine, Converse jogging bottoms were huge and so I attempted to take them back to your Meadowhall store to be met by the most rude and ignorant member of staff who refused to refund. A simple ‘sorry but they need to be sent back through the post’ was all that was required. Disgusting customer service hence I won’t shop at usc again!!
