There was a delay in the goods being shipped which I had to follow up with customer services. On receiving the goods the website pictures hadn’t shown the goods as they actually were resulting in to price being returned and one of the items not quality checked before dispatch resulting in one shoe being a different colour and high I then had to pay to return and requested an exchange. So thinking I’d got a bargain in the sales increased to n price due to having to pay for the return postage. So on the whole not very happy with my experience.
