Dissapointing that no amendment can be made to order after placing. I waited a week for the order to be processed to find that an item was not available so was automatically cancelled and a refund processed. Had the opportunity been available I would have swapped for a different size. Instead, if I wanted the item in the alternative size I would have had to place another order and paid a further delivery charge. I think this is a basic service to provide that other companies do very easily, I can't imagine I'm the first person to have been in this dissatisfied situation. If the stock isn't available to buy then your purchasing system should have awareness of this giving the best customer experience.
