Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, I returned an item 3 weeks ago and had an email saying they were refunding me as my replacement was out of stock but still no refund, I’ve tried emailing them in several occasions and no response, tried emailing through PayPal and no response, tel number given on PayPal doesn’t work !!
I tried emailing Soort direct as that’s who owns them and still nothing. Couldn’t find a telephone number to contact them but nothing. The worst company I have ever shopped with and will NEVER use them again
