I queued for 10 mins in the Meadowhall store to then be told I needed to go upstairs to sports direct to collect my order, again there was a 15 min queue. I purposely ordered my daughter a size 2 & 3 in the same trainer as we weren't sure what size she needed. We tried them on in the shop and I asked if I could refund the size 2 as the size 3 fit her. I was then told after again queuing to return them that it has to be done online (and the cost of sending them back was on me) or I could have a credit note. All in all it was ridiculous and it would have saved me time and expense by just going into store
