Ordered two pairs of Lacoste joggers and had one cancelled as out of stock even though the website and the app still showed stock. I emailed three times before I got a response from someone each time including a screen shot showing that they were still stocking the item and asking why my order was not being fulfilled properly. I finally got a reply saying that on pick it was not available and I had been refunded so that was it. I replied again saying that to order it again as it still says it's in stock will mean paying delivery again which is unfair and asking for a solution to which again days later I have had no reply. Order from Reebok and they deliver when things become available and send part orders when needed, order from Amazon and they can process based on available stock and deliver when it becomes available. USC stock ordering is rubbish, their customer service and response speed is way below par. I am not out of pocket financially but time and effort wise I completely am. I wanted two pairs, got one and then a "It's tough" message instead of a positive solution. Three photos showing in stock attached but without me paying delivery again no way of ordering. So unhelpful and such poor service.
