USC have been great, the overall rating was lowered because of their courier, Yodel.
The driver went straight my neighbours house, left it with them and posted a card. My son was home and heard the card being posted, he went straight out and asked the driver why he did not knock our door first. He replied "Because you are never in".
He did not offer to collect the parcel from my neighbour and just drove off.
Unfortunately for USC their courier let them down, badly!!
