The customer service was great-I was kept up to date about my order and scheduled delivery time. My items arrived correctly, and as pictured on the website. The quality of my items (2 sweatshirts) was good. One of the sweatshirts was slightly more fitted in style than I expected, but I would certainly shop with USC again.
