Very disappointed that after spending a lot of money with your company in the past. You can't be bothered to genuinely listen to my complaint.
I'm sorry but I won't waste my time explaining...again...how poor the service that I have received has been. Thanks for allowing me to vent my anger. I won't be shopping with you ever again. In fact I'll now go out of my way to tell everyone just how poor USC is at listening to so called valued customers.
