How USC CHEATS and ROBS its clients DO NOT SHOP IN THERE!
In April 2018 I did some shopping at usc.co.uk. It turned out, that items were misdescribed on the web and I received the shoes in other size, that presented on the web.
It was clear for me that I can simply return them to get a refund. Unfortunately USC CS employees (Caroline & Rebecca) did everything to avoid responsibility for that for a months (they did not see any problem) and make this return as much as possible difficult.
Finally, in September 2018 (after 5 months of writing complaints to USC CS) I got an information that I can return the shoes (no clear return deadline were provided) to get my money back (shoes and postage costs), which I did in December 2018. Surprisingly, 04/01/2019 USC CS did not accept the return using the arguments which totally did not apply to my case (e.g. "return policy is 28 days" etc.) and claimed that the shoes were sent me back on 04/01/2019. USC CS did not even make an effort to provide me any tracking number/postal company’s name.
Summing up, I have been triple cheated by the USC:
1. USC sold me misdescribed goods, avoided responsibility for that for a months, making the return as much as possible difficult,
2. USC asked me to return the shoes to give my money back, which I did but USC did not keep the word given,
3. USC claimed, that sent me the shoes back on 04.01.2019, without providing any package/tracking number, It's 24/01/2019 and I didn't get the shoes back.
It's 24/01/2019, 10 months since my first complaint, and I still did not get any refund and I did not receive the shoes back.
