I bought a sneaker on Saturday 19th 2019 and paid for next day delivery. With the impression that I will receive it by Monday 21st at most but I didn’t!!!! It was meant to come with Hermes delivery company. I called Hermes on Monday but was told to wait for 48hrs for the system to reboot (whatever that mean) I tracked it with the number provided but the tracking info was limited ( showed that the parcel is now at Hermes depot) but then I asked Hermes why won’t they deliver since it’s with them but I was told I have to wait for them to get in touch with their local depot. I complained to USC but couldn’t get any reasonable explanation. Mind you someone was meant to travel with the parcel on Saturday morning. I followed it up again on Thursday but was told again by Hermes to wait for 48hrs again!!!!!!! I had to call back USC to cancel the order but I was told that they will need to hear from Hermes before making the decision. This was on Friday 25th. Now here’s the funny part on Saturday around 16:39 I got a text and email that “my parcel had been delivered to a secure location” I went outside but couldn’t find a thing. So am waiting till tomorrow 28th to call USC The worst experience ever especially using Hermes as a delivering company!!!!
