DREADFUL. The Ryanair of Retail.
Ordered three items clearly as a set.
A day and a half later they emailed to say that only one item was in stock. I emailed to cancel, but USC sent the one item any way. I am now refusing to collect the parcel and am waiting for a full refund.
Postage at £5.99 is hideously expensive.
Customer service is slow and poor (all via email, when they can be bothered to respond)
Will never shop from here again - worst online retailer I've ever used.
It's cheap for a reason...
