Good products, good value. But poor processes.
Placed a large order online, all my items showing in stock. Got an email a few days later from USC to say 1 item is out of stock and they've removed it from my order. Same item is STILL showing in-stock on their site, even though they have none and know they have none.
I emailed asking if I could re-order when back in stock and if they'd cover the postage fee, as I'd already paid £4.99 postage on the first order.
Straight NOPE from their customer service, even though its their website and stock management at fault. They're going make me pay another £5 postage to buy this item again separately when it comes back.
Bad customer service.
