Shopping was easy ordering was not a bother but returning items 😡
Ordered three different jackets for style and fit the one my husband preferred unfortunately was damaged , Hermes delivered the parcel so don't know why they can't pick up to return. I YOUR CUSTOMER had to pay to return the goods by royal mail at a cost of £13-14 NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
