Ordered to pick up at a store, this item that I ordered was for a birthday present. I ordered this to and should of came they day before the birthday however has still not arrived. It has taken longer than 7 working days and still saying processing on the tracking. Tried to contact USC to see where my item is 3 days later still no reply from them, once my parcel is recurved I will not be shopping here again. Very disappointed.
