Delivery to the store was fine and fast.
Returns and exchanges are not good at all. First of all, you can only return or exchange via post and you have to pay it yourself!
I already paid for delivery 5 pounds and had to pay additional 6 pounds for an exchange.
Such a big company, could at least provide free returns. Disappointed with that.
