I recently ordered two jackets for my son online. I can understand a delivery payment, but at the time I checked your returns policy and it read as if sending items back would be free.
My son would like to keep one of the two jackets we received, but looking at the returns form in the package I was very upset to see i’ll need to pay to send the unwanted one back. It looks like the total postal charge for delivery and return will be around £10 which I find a difficult cost to stomach because many other retailers don’t charge such fees on their online model
I rarely comment on such things, but felt the need on the occasion as it means I won’t use USC again as a retailer because with online shopping comes the problem of garments not fitting and needing to be returned.
