I love the clothes and brands that USC offers, and the fact that there are regularly sales and reductions. I feel, however, that the delivery fee is excessive, especially since there is no option of free delivery should the customer spend a certain amount eg £100 or more. I was also slightly disappointed with my last order due to the fact that I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from the same brand (Firetrap) in the same size, but that one pair is far larger than the other. As a result I had to send the larger pair back for exchange, paying the postage of course, and am now not sure if the replacement will arrive before I leave to go travelling early on Friday of next week (22nd Feb).
