Products, quality, service and speed of delivery excellent but you are one of few retailers who don’t offer free delivery for orders over £50 and make customers pay for returns which worsens the blow when you do have to take things back. Nothing wrong with the items I returned, one too small and I didn’t like the style of the other so not a reflection on USC, but even the lady in the post office was surprised I had to pay for a return! You are one of very few.
