process to order was very easy, unhappy with delivery side of things, courier told me I needed a signature for the parcel, unfortunately I wasn't in at the time so he left it in a outside cupboard which must have been taken as it's not there, no note through the door to say it was left there or nothing, haven't heard a thing since.
