I was disappointed to find that the pair of shoes I wanted most were out of stock and as such the order for them was cancelled. Instead of getting two pairs of shoes I ended getting only one pair and had to pay £5 delivery for that pair. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the whole order at the time when told the pair I wanted was out of stock. Disappointed on the whole with the USC experience.
