The product was in good condition and proper description wise but the delivery service was really poor.
The yodel left my parcel to one my neighbor and never left any document to my door.
I had to contact through email and got a reply after 2/3 days from USC saying the delivered it.
With no details information in which address or door number.
I had to call them back again to get those details and they were unable to provide me the door number or address where my parcel has been delivered to.
This is really poor experience from a company like USC.
