On the home delivery it needs improving by giving some notice to people of when it's going to be delivered I received the email after 9am on the day it was being delivered I was at work and also was unable to check emails so couldn't arrange for someone to be there to collect it. This could have been solved by getting an email the day before and an approximate time would also help like nearly all other companies now give when delivering items
