I placed an order for two pairs of shoes which was accepted.
A few days later I was informed one of them wasn’t going to be sent as you didn’t have any stock left, so I replied immediately to cancel the full order. The order was still sent, meaning I had to travel to my nearest store in Yeovil to take them back.
This part is partly down to me not reading the T&C’s - but I arrived to find that you don’t do refunds. So I was given a credit. I’d have spent my money elsewhere if I had realised refunds are not an option with an online order. Bit of a con if you ask me, but hey - I’ve learnt a lesson.
