I ordered a shirt in XL size but was sent one in a medium size instead. I've returned this for for a refund, including the postage costs involved as this is clearly your fundamental mistake, not mine.
I will wait to see how this is resolved before deciding whether to use your mail order service again or whether to recommend you to others or not.
