I received faulty Vans trainers in a ripped box., I emailed to USC to explain because I didn't receive a returns note form or an invoice in my parcel which I paid next day delivery for. I received an email back asking for photos so they could look into my inquiry further which I sent immediately, then I got another email asking for me to fill in returns form and post them back at my own expense but I'd already explained I didn't get a replacement form. I have emailed many times since for help and tried to call but no reply on the number I had to search for. I've still had no reply. I just want a replacement pair in perfect condition and surely they can collect the faulty pair they originally sent to me.. I'm still waiting for a call or email for a solution. USC could of sent me a replacement pair by now which I need for a trip. Not happy and thinking of driving 60 miles to return them out of principle as it seems all a time delay.. Come on USC please help your regular customers.
