Encountered a problem with a voucher code I was sent during my purchased, emailed and had someone reply saying it would be because of terms sent in the email but there wasn’t anyway which is ridiculous.
Ordered my coat finally and when it arrived it wasn’t fully as expected, the coat must weigh a good few pounds, it’s a double zip which is great for cold weather but there’s no need for it to be so heavy
