I am disappointed with USC experience, I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, one I wanted to keep but requested different size, which I checked and was available online every day since I posted return items,
After few days I got full refund and no exchange, with explanation item in size I wanted was out of stock, I went on the website immediately, and it was available for online purchase, just as it was previous days (I was checking every day, few times a day)
Not gonna order again, as paying £10 for a parcel is a bit too much, I bought my trainers elsewhere.
