I ordered a pair of trainers, and received a email saying my parcel had been signed for, when I spoke to my neighbours nobody had signed for it, I emailed USC customer service who told me the delivery person had advised them they left in in my porch which they didn't. After informing them of this they told me there was nothing they could do and to take it up with my bank about my payment?? So now I have no parcel and USC customer service telling me there is nothing else they can do!
