Bought a couple of times from USC now. I have recently had to send off and complete a return which has been handled really well. Overall, the process seems quite straightforward and gets the job done. Only downside seems to be the process of the orders. You do not always get a confirmation email for a couple of hours. Also, for the price of the delivery, you would expect to have your order quicker than what USC currently provide.
