Ordered a Calvin Klein underwear set, which after one wear became faulty and had ripped at the seam. I contacted customer services with photos and they said I could send it back for review (at my own cost) for them to determine whether a refund/replacement would be necessary or not, but they couldn't guarantee the outcome. As someone who works in ecommerce retail I found this to be a particularly bad customer experience and unhelpful approach. I also found USC to charge high postage costs in comparison to other online retailers.
