Sent wrong size shoes for my daughter, ordered a 2 & was sent a 1 ?? thankfully manager of local store gave me a refund as they did not have size in stock to exchange however could not refund the delivery fee.
Shocking paid £5 for nothing !! Tried ringing customer services several times but failed to speak to anybody regarding what had happened. Will not be ordering from you again. Will go else where from now on.
