This is the second time I've ordered from USC online and I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed with their website as the stock has been out of date on both occasions. After placing my order I've received emails to say that unfortunately my items are no longer available. Overall the communication is good, my most recent order took a week to arrive which I felt was a bit long considering the delivery isn't a free service. I think in future I would prefer to shop in one of the stores which is a shame because you seem to get better value for money online. - Sarah
