Ordered a pair of your Ugg boots as a present for someone special. Whilst the boots are as ordered, the box is labelled for a pair of a totally different size and filled with bits of card that appeared to be packaging from a picture frame. Also, there wasn't any product care documentation in the box as I would have expected. With the boots costing so much I'd have expected more attention to detail especially as I wish to give them as a gift. This said, I do have the boots I ordered and everything else about the purchase was smooth and efficient.
