I find it the costs of delivery rather poor form having spent over £100, in addition if one of the items need to be returned, the customer is expected to fit the bill and any exchange is also costed on delivery. The Customer service team were awful over the phone, very abrupt and unapologetic. Also, the fact that items can only be returned to store for credit is a terrible service. Sort this out USC or I will be shopping elsewhere.
