Terrible service. Ordered 2 x products from the website last Monday in time to arrive for the Friday when I needed it. Arrived Thursday with 1 product missing and the other wasn’t even the product I ordered! Told that the missing item had been cancelled as it was no longer in stock even though it was in stock at the time of purchasing. I’m still without both products! Spoken with customer services and asked that I at least get the one they have in stock ASAP as I needed it & not my fault they sent the wrong product only for them to say they will only send my x item once I have returned the wrong one- which I have done! This is terrible customer service as I paid for 2 items in good faith that they would deliver the items so why can’t they put their trust in me like I did that I will return the unwanted item and send me the one I ordered in the first place. I have told them I need it by this Friday latest but this has fallen on deaf ears. I now have zero products AND out of pocket!
