Customer Services could be a LOT better. I emailed with a query and got a response that wasn't very helpful on the 3rd email I sent. Prices are great but if you're buying shoes/trainers as gifts, be prepared for the boxes not to be in great condition. I bought 2 pairs of kids Ralph Lauren footwear as gifts but the boxes they came in were scuffed and marked.
