Bought a pair of converse shoes. Was sent someone elses order by mistake, called to ask for a label to send it back, after a phone call and several emails finally managed to get the label. Sent the item back. haven't been contacted about a refund or exchange, though the money's left my account. Bought the same shoes on ASOS for cheaper with next day delivery, got them the next day. In conclusion, shop at ASOS.
