The item turned up relatively promptly given that they must be very busy at this time of year. Package was well wrapped but the handling by the courier had dented the firetrap tin with the fragrance and bodywash in it, I wasn't particularly impressed with that as I had ordered it as a gift and didn't want to give it to the person in question, I did however, but that's not the point. So that was a downpoint, not sure if USC can be wholly blamed but for the fact that a little more careful packing before the items left your warehouse would have been appreciated. This is not a USC issue but as part of the same birthday gift I puchased the SoulCal pencil set. Not bad for £1 but I've seen the set since and the pencils are of a very poor quality and do not sharpen properly, one of them has split right down the middle, the other 3 have all lost the first half inch of their leads in the sharpening process. I would say a waste of money at full price, but as it was cheap I can't really complain too much
