Jeans were ordered online & delighted that my husbands size was available as he always has difficulties in finding his size in jeans. Speedy order process online and delivery was received by Thursday so I was impressed how the order was received within 2 days. It all went sour when my husband tried the jeans on the length of the jeans was very long and we double checked to make sure just in case the wrong size had been sent to us but the label on the jeans and the order invoice matched up. My husband matched the jeans against a few pair of the same branded jeans and there was at least 1 & 1/2 half difference. He went to the USC shop in Victoria Square and tried on the same jeans in the same length that we had ordered online and we were right in believing that the jeans we ordered online were sized wrong. We took the jeans back to the store the following day as the sales assistant had said he would keep those jeans over for us and if we brought the receipts with us we could do a straight exchange. Well you would imagine that this should have been straight forward but the arrogant sales assistant on the desk very rudely said to my husband that he was lying and that there was nothing they could do and reluctant to change the jeans. My husband was really annoyed at the fact that we knew the jeans were sized wrong and that this guy wouldnt listen to him or believe this until the jeans were produced and placed on the table against those from the store and suprise suprise there was a difference in the length. Designer jeans with a hefty price tag attached and huge disappointment that the jeans are sized WRONG!!!! Only the fact that this is part of his christmas box I wouldve sent the jeans back online and got a refund and went elsewhere. On this occasion I am reluctant to purchase anything else online from USC.
