Alough very happy with most of the items received, one item had no logo as advertised, the customer support has been terrible! It took days for a reply, then I was asked for photos which I duly supplied. They then asked for the original product code which I pointed out would be on the order number I supplied, however I found it and sent on Tuesday, I haven't heard a thing since, it's now Thursday evening!
