I purchased a lipsy handbag from you and this being my first order and this is a Christmas present I am deeply disappointed as it looks cheap and fake and the word "lipsy" isn't even straight on the handbag,I feel too embarressed to give this to my friend so feel I have wasted 30 pound.
There was no packaging for the handbag either,just chucked in with the other stuff I ordered which I'm happy with
