Very disappointing to find that any Returns are payable by the Customer.
This was not advised to me prior to placing my Order, which if it was, I would have not placed the Order at all.
Other Companies I order from on a regular basis, do not charge for Returns, so I was very surprised when I discovered that USC do charge.
Also since sending my Returns back, which in total were £56.00, I have only received £45 back, and am awaiting an explanation from USC of why, and when the other £11 will arrive ???
