I ordered Jeans and a hoodie at approx £70 you then only sent the £11 hoodie as the jeans that I ordered were no longer available and I had to pay the £5.99 delivery. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the order as the hoodie was only really an add on I wasn’t too fussed about. I do however appreciate your business model knowing the customer would then more than likely keep the low value item as they do not wish to pay a £5 or do to see it returned, thus ensuring USC see a small turnover. I’m sure doing this with thousands of orders really does boost revenue. The cynical side of me argues were the jeans really available to begin with as you let me complete the transaction with them in the basket. I look forward to being brushed off in your reply.
