Didn’t receive my parcel says delivered emailed and Lois at customer service just said check everywhere it could have been left .... I have done emailed back and still waiting go on holiday next Wednesday and what I bought was for my holiday no spare money to buy new order or time to go shopping .... won’t buy again and want a refund
