I called your customer service team on 4 occasions with waits up to 30 minutes and never got through to anyone.
No luck with email either, no response to my last email for the last 6 days.
Returns policy is an absolute headache, in-store credit only and if you want a refund you have to return to the warehouse at customers expense.
I can't even say your customer service is bad, because it is absolutely non existent. Could you please respond to me and get my issue resolved.
