Paid for next day delivery at lunch time one Friday which cost £7 as the items I needed weren’t in stock in the sizes I needed, and I needed them by Sunday. They were due Saturday, never arrived. Didn’t arrive sundy, and didn’t arrive Monday as it was bank hol. So paid for next day delivery on the Friday and didn’t receive the birthday presents for Sunday until Tuesday. Emailed a complaint and got no reply.
