I placed my order and paid by pay pal only to have an email the next day to say you had cancelled it because there was a pay pal error, so I replaced my order and paid by my credit card (in case there was a problem with pay pal) I then received conformation from pay pal of my payment. So I called customer service and they could not find the payment, after going back to pay pal then back to customer services they eventually found my first payment and then refunded it but it took four phone calls and most of my morning at work to sort it.
