Ordered jeans, they arrived with a security attachment on them. Ordered Havaiana flip flops, received XL men's GStar shirt. Fortunately I'm honest enough to return this as it could have been sold on eBay for a profit.
The only saving grace was customer services sending me a free post returns label since as standard returns are at the cost to the customer.
USC overall have dreadful returns policy for in store purchases, you cannot get refund, only exchange or credit note! Will avoid shopping with them again for this reason!!
