The item I ordered was reduced less than 24 hours after placing my order but USC credited the difference and saved me having to return the order so can't fault them for that.
Offering free delivery or free collect in store would encourage me to order with them more frequently over asos, just on this occasion they had the item I wanted in stock and asos didn't.
